Caitlin is a Clinical Support Lead in the ABILITY Program at SickKids, with over 10 years of experience supporting neurodiverse children and youth. She specializes in trauma-informed care, adaptive planning, and behavioural support, particularly within the Restrictive Eating Clinic and inpatient consultations. Caitlin also provides 1:1 ABA/IBI-based interventions as a Neuroeducational Therapist.

Dr. Huber is a developmental paediatrician and the founding Medical Lead of the ABILITY Program at SickKids. She specializes in the care of neurodiverse children and youth, particularly those with ASD and intellectual/developmental disabilities requiring tertiary care. Her academic work at the University of Toronto and her research focus on improving hospital care for neurodiverse patients.

Sanaeyah is the sole BCBA at SickKids, with nearly a decade of experience applying ABA in clinical, community, and school settings. She specializes in managing high-risk behaviours, including aggression and self-injury, playing a key role in the Department of Psychiatry and ABILITY program and is often the lead responder to Code White events. Sanaeyah also collaborates with the Department of Neurosurgery on a clinical trial on deep brain stimulation for individuals with severe, treatment-refractory self-injury.
