How to Optimize Clinician/Patient Communication during Virtual Visits

Dr Lucas Seuren is a research associate with the Institute for Better Health at Trillium Health Partners and a health services researcher at the University of Oxford. A linguist by training, he uses qualitative methods to understand how technology affects the delivery of health care and health communication from the perspective of service users. Using co-design approaches, Dr Seuren works with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders to develop evidence-based resources that can help improve health care services.
