Learning Objectives:
- Identify the different between mental health and wellness, compared to mental illness
- Identify risk factors for trauma
Increase understanding of the context of pandemic and impact on mental health - Discuss the unique challenges experienced within the Complex Care population and the impact on mental health
- Explore strategies to mitigate mental health impact where possible

Ashley Edwards, MSW, RSW, is a Social Worker at the Hospital for Sick Children. Ashley completed her Social Work education at the University of Waterloo and the University of Toronto.
