Foundations of Pain Management Series Session 1: Introduction to Pain Education

Dr. Naiyi Sun is a staff anesthesiologist and pain physician at SickKids She completed her medical training and paediatric anesthesia fellowship at Stanford University. Her clinical focus is on the management of chronic and transitional pain in children. Her research focus include transition of acute to chronic pain and use of opioids for pain treatment in children.

Sara Klein is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy. As a part of the SickKids Chronis Pain team she provides physiotherapy assessment and treatment to children and teens living with chronic pain conditions. Sara has a specialty in pelvic health and has a passion for supporting individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction in both the hospital and private practice.
