Anne is a pediatric nurse currently working with the CHEO palliative care team and Roger Neilson House as the Admission coordinator for the Hospice and RN on-call with the palliative care team at CHEO.

Lynn Grandmaison Dumond is nurse practitioner on the CHEO Pediatric Palliative Care and Roger Neilson House team in Ottawa Ontario. She has been with the team since the opening of the Hospice in 2006 and is a resourceful and creative member of the care team. Her interests include Perinatal Hospice, transitions between care settings and supporting quality of life along the trajectory of illness for children and their families.
