Sarah Sheffe is an Occupational Therapist at the Toronto Academic Pain Medicine Institute at Women’s College Hospital (TAPMI). She leads the TAPMI Young Adult Clinic for pain. Sarah co-chairs the Ontario Chronic Pain Network Transition Aged Task Force, which has put out a guideline on pediatric to adult health care transition in chronic pain in Ontario. She is also involved in research on transition success in chronic pain care. Sarah is a co-author of the book, “Changing your pain pathways: Ways to cope with pain in daily life.
