Preoperative Care: What is the role of paediatrics?

Priya Sayal completed her undergraduate studies in Health Sciences at McMaster University and her medical school at the University of Toronto. She then completed her residency in Paediatrics at University of Toronto and SickKids, and was one of the Chief Paediatric Residents. Her clinical focus is Complex Care and she is completing a Master's degree at the University of Toronto in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. Her academic interests specifically include improving pre-operative care for medically complex children.
