Dr. Sophie Wouters, MD at the Hospital for Sick Children
Sophie Wouters studied medicine at University of Ghent in Belgium. She is passionate about taking care of children with chronic pain. After my graduation she took an internship at the anesthesiology department at the Ghent University Hospital and worked as a pediatrician in a rehabilitation center for children with chronic pain in Belgium. Sophie moved Toronto with her husband and newborn baby and is very happy to be a pain fellow at SickKids.
