Dr. Naiyi Sun is a paediatric anesthesiologist and pain physician at SickKids. She completed her training at Stanford University School of Medicine. Her clinical focus is on managing chronic pain in children and her research interest includes the safe prescribing of opioids for pain treatment in children. She co-leads the Paediatric Pain ECHO program and chairs the Canadian Pediatric Anesthesia Telemedicine Rounds.

Sara Klein holds a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. She works in the chronic pain team at SickKids, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to children and teens living with chronic pain conditions. Sara specializes in pelvic health supporting individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction at the hospital and private practice. She provides pain education to her patients as a part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

Dr. Eyal Cohen completed his medical training at the University of Toronto in 2000. Before co-founding the Complex Care Program at SickKids he was Chief Resident during his training in paediatrics at SickKids. He joined the Division of Paediatric Medicine at SickKids in 2005 after working at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead in Sydney, Australia. He also completed an M.Sc in health research methodology at McMaster University in 2007.

Dr. Julia Orkin is a staff pediatrician at the Hospital for Sick Children, Division of Paediatric Medicine. She is the Medical Director of the Complex Care program, Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto and Paediatric Clinical Lead for Ontario Health- Toronto region. She is the Chair of the Community Paediatric Committee and incoming Vice President of the Complex Care Section at the Canadian Pediatric Society.

Michelle Ho is a Nurse Practitioner in the Complex Care Program, within the Division of Paediatric Medicine at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids)and she is a Co-Lead of Project ECHO Complex Care. She is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto.

Ashley Edwards is a Social Worker and Program Manager of Social Work Education & Professional Development at SickKids. Ashley completed her Social Work education at the University of Waterloo and the University of Toronto. Ashley is passionate about family mental health, accessibility and inclusion, lifelong learning and the sibling relationship, particularly in families with children with chronic health conditions.

Dr. Catherine Diskin is a staff pediatrician at the Hospital for Sick Children, Division of Paediatric Medicine, providing care in the inpatient pediatric medicine units and in the Complex Care program. As an academic clinician with an education focus, she leads education initiatives within the Complex Care program and Inpatient Paediatric Medicine.
