Dr. Eyal Cohen is a pediatrician in the complex care program at SickKids and a Senior Scientist in the SickKids Research Institute, where he is Program Head of Child Health Evaluative Sciences.  Eyal is a Professor of Pediatrics and Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto, and Co-Director of the Edwin S.H. Leong Centre for Healthy Children.

Kim Colapinto has worked at the Hospital for Sick Children since 1998 in a variety of nursing roles, most recently as a Nurse Practitioner in the Transition to Adult Care Program.  She has a special interest in transitions at all stages of life, and how families and clinicians can be supported through them.
