How the Program Works

Our mission is to foster seamless collaboration between interprofessional specialist teams and community healthcare providers. Through a dynamic and accessible online platform, we facilitate the exchange of best practices, equipping community-based professionals with the knowledge and confidence to deliver safe, high-quality care to pediatric patients with complex conditions. Here’s how we make it happen:

  1. Healthcare providers register for 1-4 curricula, at no cost
  2. Participants gain access to curated resources and live learning sessions.
  3. Each session includes a didactic presentation, a patient case discussion, and an interactive dialogue
  4. Community healthcare providers apply their newfound knowledge to enhance patient care in their practice.
